Billie Ertter has been a salon owner/operator
since 1983. Billie hails from Los Angeles California and is a recent transplant to Moore County from Sanibel Island Florida where he was the Director of Beauty Services from the famed Polo Club of Boca Raton, Florida.  Billie's work as a hair stylist and makeup artist has appeared in television, national print ads, and fashion magazines such as Vogue, Elle and Town & Country to name a few. With a Feature Film to his Hair and Make Up credits, Billie specializes in all aspects of professional "in salon" hair color, hair color corrections, foil highlighting and baliqage color techniques.  Billie is also a certified hair color specialist, J Beverly Hills educator, Wella Hair Colorist and is professionally trained in razor texture cuts.
